Ayse Dizioglu Koyluoglu created Contemplate Kitchen in 2017 to offer her unique take on healing food with carefully chosen recipes and ingredients.

She is a baker and chef trained at Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts, Culinary Institute of America, Food Therapy with Annemarie Colbin, and Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

In her former venture, Ayse owned and operated Polka Dot Cake Studio, a specialty cakes destination in West Village in New York. She also brings her innovative approach to plant-based baking with small sized artsy cakes, and delightful tarts and cookies to Contemplate Kitchen.
